This was the only assignment we had in Microsoft Publisher. I was tasked with making a business card for myself. The colours were originally much more vibrant but publisher messed up the colours when exporting the image. The image contains my phone number, the URL for my YouTube channel, my name, my YouTube logo, my occupations, and the address to a website i made in grade 7 referencing a really bad kids movie starring Tim Allen. There isn't much to this card, just shapes and colours. the reason for this is that publisher doesn't scale backgrounds relative to the rest of the image so i wasn't sure if images and less bland things would export properly.

This a slightly updated version of the business card. this one was never handed in as the original was already handed in. my mom wasn't impressed with how bland the original card was so i added a funky background. For some reason, the light blue of the bubbles has become so incredibly pale that it now just looks white or light grey. it seems that with every export, the colours get more and more off. a good example of this is the Spi logo (the logo for my YouTube channel). the colours were already a tad bit too bright in the original card, but then when comparing that to the new version, the new version has become so saturated that there is visible distortion. i don't know how an obvious bug like this wasn't fixed when microsoft released the software, but given that it's very noticeable despite me being colourblind, it seems that there is indeed a genuine error in somewhere in the program's code.
